Terms and Conditions for the Instagram Giveaway

Eligibility
Participation in the giveaway is open exclusively to individuals who:

are at least 18 years old at the time of participation,

have their own Instagram account,
-
have their residence worldwide (international participation is possible).
Employees of the organizer and persons involved in the execution of the giveaway are excluded from participation.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on 24.12.2025 10 AM and ends on 31.12.2025 11:59 PM.
How to Participate
Participation takes place exclusively on Instagram and is free of charge.
To enter the giveaway, all of the following steps must be completed:

Like the giveaway post

Comment on the giveaway post stating which A4 print (motif from the shop) you would like to win
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments may be excluded from the giveaway.
Prize
The prize is:

1 × A4 print (unframed)
-
motif freely selectable from the organizer’s online shop
The prize will be produced and shipped via a print-on-demand service provider to the shipping address provided by the winner.
Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees incurred for international shipping shall be borne by the winner.
Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the end of the giveaway period. The draw will be carried out using an external random selection tool and documented via screen recording.
The drawing will be announced in the organizer’s Instagram story. In addition, the winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message (DM).
The winner must respond within 72 HOURS after being contacted and provide a valid shipping address. If no response is received within this period, a new winner will be selected.
Data Protection
The following personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the giveaway:

Instagram username

in the event of winning: name and shipping address
The data will be used exclusively for the administration and fulfillment of the giveaway and will be deleted after completion of the giveaway, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
The shipping address will be shared solely with the commissioned print-on-demand service provider for the purpose of shipping the prize.

Exclusion from the Giveaway
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, attempts at manipulation or abusive behavior.

This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram in any way. Instagram is not the recipient of the information provided by participants; the information is provided solely to the organizer of the giveaway.
Legal Recourse
Legal recourse with regard to the conduct of the giveaway and the determination of the winner is excluded.
