1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Jenese Artwork.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You may place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The following languages are available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
Delivery is made only via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

Information on any additional applicable guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.
Important Note: The ODR platform will be permanently discontinued as of July 20, 2025. Submitting complaints via the ODR platform will no longer be possible starting March 20, 2025.
We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
